MacArthur Center has teamed up with promoters of the broadway show “Wicked” to offer themed discounts at the Norfolk mall’s retailers.
Through March 11, shoppers can pick up a “Passport to Oz” coupon booklet at the mall’s customer service desk. Participating retailers include Harry & David, J. Jill and Nordstrom.
