The Yorkminster Presbyterian Church in Yorktown is hosting a charitable yard sale, with proceeds to go to the York County Food Closet, Menchville House Ministries and the church’s fellowship center.
The sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, and shoppers are encouraged to bring canned food donations. Donations for the sale can be dropped off at various times Wednesday through Friday.
